Helpful Organizations for Families

The organizations featured below are resources for families.

What people do online impacts their lives offline.

The goal at Covenant Eyes is to equip people with tools that provide protection and encourage accountability and trust in the fight against Internet temptation.

They help to bridge the gap between technology and relationships.

What if you could send a report of your Internet activity to a friend or mentor so you could talk about where you struggle online? What if you could see the sites your kids visit, the YouTube videos they watch, and the search terms they use? Internet Accountability is not about catching someone red-handed. It’s not even a Filter, blocking content outright (though we do have a Filter as well). Instead, Internet Accountability is a report of your Internet activities, designed to start a conversation, helping everyone in your home make wiser choices about Internet use.

  • For parents, it means you can have targeted conversations about the sites your kids visit and the search terms they use.

  • For adults, it means the temptation to click on inappropriate and pornographic links is reduced.

Enough is Enough is a national leader on the front lines to make the Internet safer for children and families.

EIE has pioneered efforts to confront online pornography, child pornography, child stalking, sexual predation, and other forms of online victimization. By leveraging its expertise, growing national partnership network, and positive reputation among the public, media, law enforcement, and Internet industry, EIE continues to advance innovative initiatives and effective communication strategies to protect children online.

The Enough Is Enough® mission is to Make the Internet Safer for Children and Families

EIE has a three-pronged, preventative approach to create and sustain a safe, entertaining, and informative Internet environment, free from sexual predators, the intrusion of unwanted sexual material, and other harmful and exploitative online threats by:

Education: Raising public awareness of the threat of illegal pornography, sexual predation, and other Internet dangers in order to empower and equip parents and other child caregivers to implement safety measures;

Industry: Encouraging the technology industry to implement viable technological solutions and family- friendly corporate policy to reduce online threats; and,

Enforcement: Promoting legal solutions by calling for aggressive enforcement of existing laws and enactment of new laws to stop the exploitation and victimization of children using the Internet.

Fight the New Drug is a group of young people who are passionate about making a difference in the world, and sick and tired of pornography harmfully affecting their friends, family, and overall community.

They know what it's like! Pornography is a big deal in today's world. Being young, they sometimes felt like they've been thrown into a world of chaos and it seems like no one really understands what our youth are going through, especially when it comes to sexuality and pornography.

They are passionate about educating others about this, and especially teenagers, and their goal is to educate teens on the harmful effects of pornography and provide a free-of-cost recovery program for those who are struggling with addiction.

Within one week of launching their simple website, more than 10,000 young people from across the country had joined them!

Many youth have said they were sick and tired of pornography harmfully affecting their friends, family, and overall community.
